Accommodation was fairly large and pleasant, beds were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed a mini bar fridge, an air conditioning, and a personal safe in the room.

Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Khon Kaen. Came here for 3 night stay, had a pleasant experience. The breakfast was complimentary with so much food to chose from, and the staff was extremely hospitable.

Overall clean, hip new hotel with really helpful staff. Overall a perfectly pleasant stay for a family trip or business trip: )

The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, the service was great, and the hotel was modern and comfortable. The swimming pool was nice and they had a variety of dining options, including a cozy Irish Pub. The hotel manager personally welcomed all guests.

It was all superb.

Bell boys are great and very helpful. the room is so clean and looks great in design. The staff in restaurant area are very friendly and helpful.

There are so many mosquitoes in the lobby area. The elevator and the floor are not the same step.

Really enjoyed the room with jacuzzi, my bed was large. Its location in Khon Kaen was perfect, near to CentralPlaza Khon Kaen and available taxi and the center of town.

Spotlessly clean hotel with very amiable staff. Convenient, marvellous location in the very relaxing area. Good restaurant and pool bar on-site. Unique base for exploring Khon Kaen.

Had fab experience.

Everything was brand-new, so were lovely views of the green park in front. There were a mini fridge bar, climate control and an individual safe in the room, truly enjoyed that. The staff was wonderful, providing an excellent service. It had marvellous location right by the center of Khon Kaen City and CentralPlaza Khon Kaen or a night market nearby...

Great location in the centre of the town was a plus. And it was also really close to multiple restaurants.

avani khon kaen far exceeded my expectations during a peaceful break. the staff, warm pool, and great value made my stay incredible.

The hotel was nice with charming personnel on print-out service. The bed was lovely, the room was fairly quiet and bright with double bed. The food was appetising and superb. The pool was amazing and I had good drinks in the outdoor bar.

Check in staffs/process very outdated and are unprofessional. Maybe it was just during the soft opening.
